Part 3: Character Sheet

For my character sheet, I linearted my iteration sketch so that I had a full body, colour image of my character. To this, I added multiple sketches of the character doing different activities (running, spinning, sleeping, jumping, and waking up). I added simple shading which helped show the layers in her dress and the way the folds moved, as well as showing which parts of her body are touching the floor and so on.

Part 4: Model Sheet

For the model sheet, I drew my character in a simple standing pose. I paid attention to the details of the dress, showing the pattern of the 'bib' area, the ruffles and ribbons and even the trim on the underdress. The character can be seen from the front, side, and back.

Part 5: Final Piece

I started drawing the princess lying in bed, thinking that it was in-character of her since she is mostly seen sleeping in the original story. However, I thought that this might not be the best way to show off her dramatic 1800s nightgown, and decided to change the image to one of her standing up and leaving her bed, which I thought was much more interesting, both to draw and to look at.
