07:34Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney promotional artwork and composition
Although not all of the key points in this piece of artwork sit directly on the lines, it's clear that it does follow an iconic composition. All four main characters' faces sit neatly within the central 'diamond' shape. It's also noticeable that the shading almost follows the lines in this type of composition, particularly visible on Luke (far right)'s jumper and the highlights on the striped fabric in the upper left and right of the image.
When divided into thirds, it is clear that the rule of thirds has also been used, with Layton and Phoenix's faces sitting very close to the focal point 'hotspots' in the upper section of the image. This helps to clarify them as more important to the image than their two 'assistant' characters (Luke and Maya).

Fire Emblem: If cutscene and light/colour
In this cutscene of Aqua from Fire Emblem: If, we can observe examples of subsurface scattering her skin, hair and clothing on the left side of the image, as well as a small amount around the trim of her headdress on the right.
As well as this, the warm oranges and reds water's slightly green colour are almost complimentary, therefore helping to bring out the vibrancy of the other colours in the image without making it overbearing or unpleasant to look at.
Danball Senki Wars promotional artwork and composition
It is very obvious that this piece of promotional artwork follows the guidelines of cross composition, with the upper section of the image containing the human characters on a light background and the bottom half showing the LBX on a darker background.
However, this piece also works with iconic composition guidelines. The human characters are arranged so that they follow the top lines of the diamond almost perfectly, and the cracks in the ground of the lower section also border the central diamond. The LBX fit within the lower half of the central diamond shape.

Kid Icarus: Uprising boxart and light/colour
In this boxart for Kid Icarus: Uprising, one can see that the sharper lighting on Pit's hair and bow becomes less sharp the further it gets from the light source. This is an example of bounce light. Similarly, the dark shading on the clothing under his robe and particularly on the accessory on his right leg become fuzzy as they extend away from the source of the shadow, an example of dynamic occlusion. The colours used in the image are golds and oranges mixed with blues and purples, which are complimentary, and help to make the other colours on the cover as vivid as possible.
